STANDARD FEATURES

·        Commercial Gas Burners:

Furnace is equipped with gas burners designed specifically for this type of application.  Features include quiet motor-driven high-output blower, superior no-clog nozzle design, easy maintenance, and rugged heavy-duty construction.  All flame-safeguard components and associated wiring are located outside of the blast tube and blower housing, away from destructive heat. The blast tube contains only electrodes that provide ignition and flame detection. There is nothing to clog and no wires to burn.

·        Temperature Suppression System:

Temperature suppression controls temperature in the oven and prevents over-heating the load. 

·        Floor:

Floor insulated with low maintenance castable refractory insulation.

·        EPA Permitting Assistance:

At customer’s request, we will fill out all air quality permit applications required and supply all necessary stack test data and supporting documentation.
