American Plating Power’s low cost family of plating controllers are designed to meet the growing demands of today’s industrial plating equipment.  The UPC family provides precision control and monitoring of rectifier output voltage, current and other functions. The UPC can be controlled serially by PC or PLC, or run stand-alone in a variety of applications.

- Half duplex isolated RS485 serial port using MODBUS RTU protocol Baudrates: 9600, 19200, 38400, 57600 and 115200 bps

- Up to 31 controllers in one system can be controlled by one PLC or PC over 2 wires  ( Maximum distance 1200 m or 3937 feet ) UPC serial address set by dipswitches

- Easy to mount DIN-rail casing (over-all dimensions:  W x D x H  =  2”x 5“x 6.75“ )
