The system was originally built in1995 by GKS.  It is designed to run at 8'/min with a 3' X 4' part opening.  It is a TWO color anodic system.  The system is complete.  With 2 pre wash dip tanks.(Used to clean the inside of tubes) and a 3 stage GKS FRP washer.  The conveyor can be switched to run to either color.  There are 2 spray post rinses per color.  The Cure is a 72' x 12' and is elevated on it's own structural support.  The oven is 3 million BTU and the Washer is 4.5 million BTU.
