Shipping Policy:

All Shipments by Finishing Market will be conducted though the USPS or the UPS unless the weight or size of the package exceeds the UPS or USPS limits (For UPS and USPS size and weight limitations please read below). If the package exceeds the limits we will use your preferred carrier. In the event a carrier is not provided Finishing Market will use WWW.FREIGHTQUOTE.COM to provide quotes for pricing and transit time caparisons. Finishing Market is not responsible for lost or damage products during shipping. FOB Shipping Point.

UPS:

UPS has established specific weight and size limits for the packages that you send with all UPS services. The restrictions below only pertain to individual packages. There are no limits to the total weight of your shipment or the total number of packages in your shipment.

• Packages can be up to 150 lbs (70 kg)
• Packages can be up to 165 inches (419 cm) in length and girth combined
• Packages can be up to 108 inches (270 cm) in length
• Packages that weigh more than 70 lbs (31.5 kg, 25 kg within the EU) require a special heavy-package label
• Oversize packages and packages with a large size-to-weight ratio require special pricing and dimensional weight calculations
   

Note: Packages that exceed UPS weight and size limits are subject to an Over Maximum Limits charge.

The limits listed above apply to most packages and destinations, but there are some variances because of different local restrictions in some countries. Please contact UPS for more details.

USPS:

Weight cannot exceed 70 pounds.
Length + girth (distance around the thickest part of the package) cannot exceed 130 inches.

Letters: maximum thickness 1/4 inch. 
Large Envelopes: maximum thickness 3/4 inch. 

Once a piece of mail exceeds the maximum length, height, or thickness of one shape, it automatically gets classified as the next largest shape.

Sometimes a piece of mail requires additional postage because it is a certain shape or size that is difficult to process on mail sorting machines.

Terms and Conditions:

Items must be paid in full prior to shipping. All Used Equipment is quoted Subject to Prior Sale Claims for loss or damage by trucker must be filed with the carrier by the consignee. Returns will be accepted ONLY with prior written authorization. All returns will be subject to a minimum 20% restocking charge. There is no credit for freight charges.

Condition of Equipment:

All new equipment is sold with original manufacturers warranties. We try to describe our Used Equipment as accurately as possible. All equipment is available for viewing in person, with pictures or on videotape. The customer is responsible for final determination on the suitability of the equipment for his or her needs.
