Complete Nordson Sure Coat Powder Coating System in excellent condition.

Paint Booth:The paint booth is configured for 6 paint guns and has
4” insulated walls with walk in drive in cool room for powder storage.

Application Equipment: 4 Nordson Sure Coat Guns and 20 Nordson Airated hoppers. 

5 Stage Wash System: Wash system is all stainless steel. 1st and
2nd stage, 80’ long with (2) 200 gallon tanks heated with natural
gas. 3/4/5th stage in 120’ long with (3) 200 gallon tanks.

Dry Off Oven: The Dry off oven is 60’x 40’, 2400 SQ FT and was
built in 1997. 4 million BTU burners with single blower and 4”
insulated walls. 

Curing oven: The curing oven is 60’ x 80’, 4800 SQ FT and was
built in 1999. 8 million BTU burners and double blower system with
4” insulated walls and floor.

Other Equipment:  This system includes 4000 ft. of Unibuilt
conveyor, and (1) DFT3-24 20hp, and (2) single Torrit, Dust
collectors.

This system has been reguarly maintained and in great shape.
