DYNA PLUS Double Barrel Automatic Zinc Line designed for Zinc/Steel (Alternate Processes: Phosphate, Copper and/or Nickel).Germany.

Automatic Barrel/Rack Plating System designed for zinc (cyanide) plating. The Hilti plating Line includes a Barrel Plating Line combined with a Rack Plating Line as shown in the facility layout. This 13-station barrel line consists of a double-barrel configuration capable of handling approximately 175 pounds of product per double-barrel per cycle. This system can also be converted to process other rack and barrel finishes such as phosphating, copper and/or nickel. Double-barrels are designed with both 2mm and 4mm perforations.

Automated System designed to maximize volumes, at 4 – 5 min. per cycle time, double-barrel system capable of maximizing production levels to 13 double-barrels per hour @ 175 lbs. per load and over 50,000 lbs. per 24 hrs. Rack plating capabilities can facilitate processing products up to 85\" in length. The system is completely automated with load/unload station. Other equipment(s) include: boiler(s), chiller(s), spare barrel cylinders and miscellaneous parts, spin dryer(s), etc.

Automated plating line fully equipped with State-of –the-Art Waste Treatment System, Sand Filter System, Cn-Recycling System and Ultra-filtration System.
