Complete Automatic Jessup Barrel Phosphate System designed for a production rate of 7 - 8 loads/ hour on a barrel phosphate cycle, with a barrel size of 24” diameter x 60” long, 480 volt, 3 phase, 60 cycle, Approximately 84’ long x 13’ wide x 17’ high.
This system includes One (1) programmed hoist cart shall be provided with a lift capacity of 4,000 lbs. for carrier and work and Nine (9) 316L stainless steel barrels shall be provided. Each barrel is 24” diameter x 60” long with 3/8” perforations and 1/4” GA. shell. The assemblies are complete with hoist pick-ups, drive gear, split cover, and 304 stainless steel superstructure.
Controls based on an Allen-Bradley, SLC 5/04, programmable control with 32K of CMOS, RAM memory which is backed up by a plug-in EEPROM module. The RAM memory is supported by a self contained lithium battery with low battery alarm indicator. Allen Bradley, NEMA 4X Panelview, flat TFT touch screen for graphic programming of automatic cycles, immersion timers, display of hoist movement, load tracking, interlocks, on-board fault diagnostics and help information.
The carbon steel tanks are constructed of 1/4” plate stock, fit corner to corner and double welded. The stainless steel tanks are constructed of 3/16” plate stock, fit corner to corner and double welded. The PVC lined tanks have all walls and over the rims covered with 3/32” material. The tank bottom is lined with 3/16” material. All outlets are flanged on lined tanks. Phosphate tank #10 equipped with a sloped bottom to drain. A phosphate coil cleaning system shall be provided and located at the end of the tank line. Package also includes an Oberlin Sludge Filter Press.
Designed with an elevated load/unload shuttle system with a load station, cover removal station and (2) unload stations. The shuttle system includes structural steel track and semi-automatic shuttle cart with barrel drive. The shuttle track unload stations shall be split into two sections.
One (1) complete push/pull type ventilation system shall be provided for this equipment, designed and constructed as follows:
One (60) HP boiler system shall be provided to supply low-pressure (15-PSI) steam. The boiler shall be of the firebox type with a three-pass wetback design. The boiler is completely packaged at the factory with an IRI burner, low water cut-off, pressure/temperature gauges and relief valves all mounted on an insulated skid type base.
