This package includes everything you will need to start up a hard chrome line and with a few additional tanks a decorative chrome line – It even includes band new control devices!
The chrome line is a series of plastic cells. There are polypropylene cells and PVC cells, depending on the solution contained. All the chrome-bearing solutions have PVC cells, and the pickles, cleaners and their rinses are poly-pro. All of these cells are contained in a steel shell measuring 23'-6" in length, 3'-1" deep and 4'-4" in width.
10 Stations w/ two chrome plate stations with copper busing, saddles, anode bars, titanium cooling coil & 15,000 watt/460v titanium heater with controls. The systems also includes; (1) 4,000 watt/240v steel heater & controls, (1) 4,000 watt/240v SS heater & controls, (1) Aldonex 1000 amp/12v 440/3ph, air cooled rectifier with auto reversing, amp hour meter along with an Aldonex 3000amp pneumatic reversing switch, and all bussing. (1) 1/8hp recirculation pump, (1) titanium cooling coil, 5 ton 440v Artic Chill chiller and controls, (1) new mist eliminator with new/never used mesh pad, and assorted duct work. (5) Copper flight bars, (2) flight bar stands, (1) Kobelco rotary screw compressor, 60hp, 440/3ph water cooled, (2) Guyson conveyor blasters and controls. FOB: Forest City, NC
